What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
Contact Form information is transferred via email and to be kept for an undisclosed amount of time. Emails may also be kept in hard copy form for administrative purposes.
Mailing List
Information collected from our mailing list is kept on the Mailchimp server for the purposes of sending out information regarding blog posts, promotions, and service updates. Users are able to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, thus removing their information from the server.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites

We do not actively share your data with anyone. If you are logged into your Facebook account, Google account or other social media platform, they may track your information in relation to this website. We do not collect or keep this information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Third Party Data Collection
- The OneSignal notification system collects notification data about your browser, ip address, and stores cookies. Any additional information can be found on the OneSignal website.

Additional information
How we protect your data
Any data that is submitted through the assessment forms is submitted via email to us. This information is kept on our email server for a short time. This information is then transferred to our internal server which is not internet connected. Your personal information is stored on a local server with limited internet connectivity using standard encryption methods that are password protected.

We presently do not utilize any method of automated decision making and or profiling.
